Very helpful staff and was super straightforward

I’m a student and I needed help moving some stuff into storage as my parents didn’t have room for my stuff and they made it so easy and quick when I thought it would complicated thank you for your service and special thanks to the team Christine , Mash and Mo

Hopefully in the future they will offer better services.

My 1st point of contact was marvelous Mo who guided me the process wonderfully.
Then the equally Marvelous Mash met me on the Sunday and gave me access to the unit.
Great fast efficient service all round

Just wanted to write a quick thanks to one of the staff at the Acton Safestore unit. Mash was really helpful to my grandmother when moving her stuff around the storage unit. Super kind and friendly!

I was having a bad day everything felt like it was going left. I was running my errands and one of them was a positive surprise , safe store. This is because the lady at front desk Christine was genuinely so nice to me. She asked if I was okay and we had a pleasant conversation that cheered me up.

I went to safestore and they said they cant help because they have no storage left

The manager of the storage made it all easy for us packing our stuff into the storage and we got a good bargain I must say. I recommend safe storage

Safe storage on Eastman road, Acton. Worst and most hateful manager. Very rude and racist. Got there at 5.15 pm, with my trunk load of luggage from a removal company as the lift in my building broke down, he said he could not allow me use the storage I had booked because I would not finish unloading before 6pm. He didn’t care that I have a trunk load of stuff. His exact words were” i’m too busy for you and it is not my business that your lift broke down, you can try the next company or come back tomorrow, I warned you to be here before 5pm”. I wonder why I went there atall because he was extremely rude on the phone when I called to confirmed the booking, I had sent all document but he was too lazy to read it and insisted I didn’t send the documents, which he eventually found. Anyway, I met an angel in Access self storage Acton, who went the extra mile to accommodate me, seeing I had the storage van with my stuff loaded-note that I didn’t have a prior booking with access self storage. Shout out to the manager of access self storage, Acton-God bless him.

Think 10 times before renting their unit. It might look good and you might be fooled by the better price but you will experience awful service, unsealed units and your items might get damaged like mine with staff doing nothing but denying responsibility and quoting you the small print of the contract that puts you nowhere as a customer. The reception staff is never there, Your damaged items will only be reimbursed if you show them the receipts of goods (even though items are not completely sealed and mine ended up with water all over the boxes). ! As you know most items or papers do not have receipts so good luck getting a penny out of them. Unfortunately when I wanted to report it, the understaffed Acton “Safestore” did not have a person on the front desk (to be honest even when someone is there they hardly provide you with any service at all), so anyone could have entered units and result would have been the same nobody would reimburse me for the damage, lost morale plus result would probably be the same plus I would have missed my flight on top of it. There are two other unit places with very helpful staff next door, I wish I listened to my gut. This is nothing but “safestore” And The name could Not be More grotesque.
