BAD FAITH COMPANY
This company is all about the contract. They hide in the email and at the time of signing the contact there is no verbal communication with you about their terms. I terminated my contract, at no point did they tell me verbally that by terminating the contract that there would be no refund. The manager at safestore Crawley is obnoxious and frustrating to deal with. Apparently they do offer out of hours service, but don"t explain it you. AVOID AVOID AVOID. The company may appear cheap BUT THERE IS A REASON! They
● Do not offer any discounted van hire unlike Storage King.
● They bill on a 4 week cycle
● They will charge you for unused time
● They may be cheaper becuase they have hidden costs for comparable services.
Last remark AVOID. The manager believes that a few good remarks are enough for the bad comments.
The last response was unnecessary as the manager was very glib about it, and told me that he didn't care about my point of views as there many other great comments. PLEASE ALL HEED my comments.
