I want to give a shout out to Logan!
I want to give a shout out to Logan at the Manchester Central Safestore on 24 June. We'd been preparing to emigrate to Canada, flying out on 25 June. After an incredibly stressful and hectic day, filled with ups and downs, we arrived with a few final bits to put into storage only to realise we arrived 10 mins after closing. Fortunately, Logan was a lifesaver and let us into our unit before closing for the day. It was the one bit of luck we needed that day after a lot of bad luck!

A poor way to treat an existing customer...
I've been an existing customer of Safestore for over a year. I've no complaints with their service. However, my contract is up for renewal in June and they now want more than twice as much as I was paying. Their explanation is that last time I received a new customer discount. That may be true but it's a very poor way to treat an existing customer......
