I have been renting storage from this company for over 36mths and local office offered me a great reduction in my month charges - however additional charges and VAT reminds me too start shopping around for a more in budget cost of living storage option.

The customer service was phenomenal
The customer service was phenomenal! I wasn't sure what i needed and at no point did i feel that i was being taken advantage of...actually quite the contrary Jason's manner and approach was an exemplar of customer service and really made the difference.

Amazing!! The help I got from the manager charlie at the front desk in the mitcham branch was great. She helped me with all my needs. Couldn't be happier with the support I got from her. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Wish all my experiences was as pleasant as it was at this store. Again AMAZING!!
