Missing belongings
I have had several boxes of belongings go missing from safestore, I suspected one particular day.
I queried with safestore to examine their video footage and check for me,
They came back and told me that their video system was apparently not working on the day I questioned.

After receiving your enquiry, the matter was reviewed and the relevant CCTV footage was requested for investigation. Unfortunately, during this process, a fault was identified with the recording system which resulted in a gap in the footage available for the period in question. This was communicated to you directly once the issue had been confirmed. While we appreciate this was frustrating and meant we were unable to provide the information you were seeking, the matter was investigated as thoroughly as possible based on the information and records available at the time. Safestore Stanmore : Thank You Junior
I visited Safestore Stanmore. I needed a room to store furniture whilst undertaking some home refurbishment works. I was welcomed by Junior (store manager). He was friendly and very helpful, he went out of his way to find the right room ( I have a large sofa and needed double doors). We found the right room and he gave me a great price, we checked prices across all his suitable and available rooms to make sure this was the best. I felt valued and was reassured that my belonging would be well looked after during their stay. Thank you Junior and thank you Safestore

Always helpful.I get a phone call or text anytime I have a delivery and my packages are securely stored away until I am able to call in to put away.
My account is kept on track with monthly emails and reminders and followed up with regular invoices so I can keep my records up to date.
I highly recommend Safestore stanmore as a safe and secure storage facility with great customer service.

I think he may be due some overtime as he closed way over schedule

I would recommend Safestore in Stanmore to anyone. Dirie and Paul were very helpful and explained everything. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The added bonus was a special offer of 8 weeks at half price and I could supply my own padlock. I have stored in the past with another company and was forced to buy their expensive padlock because of a complicated system of locks.

Thank you raj lovely tour in Stanmore was a bit more expensive then the other branches nice clear explanation of benefits and explained the best size for me I did imagine I needed a bigger unit however raj understood my needs and offered a great deal thank you for all your help and professional advice
