Service on first visit.....and has remained first-class since!
On first visit, Leah was welcoming, down-to-earth and very helpful, sorting everything out and helping me to find the perfect solution for my storage needs....she was cleaning on my first visit and found her cleaning the entrance again on my second - the place is spotless! The storage areas are clean, well-looked after, the trolleys actually work which is super helpful and the access for loading and unloading is safe and secure. I would recommend to anyone seeking some peace of mind and storage for their goods for a short or longer time period.

Great facility in Winchester….
I have been a customer of SafeStore Winchester now for almost 12 months. The staff are always approachable, professional and extremely helpful. As my stay comes to an end I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and perhaps one day I will be back at the facility.
They don’t offer 24hr service like some others, but that means the facility is always manned for added piece of mind. Inside is always clean, tidy, and well maintained.

shocking service
agreed a payment date each month they tried to take before payment date and when i ring to speak all that was said is we are now adding charges for late payment etc
to top it off they have increased my monthly invoice by £40 with no reason behind this as a signed to a agreed rate there is limited access even tho at first they said out of hours access was possible
i would stay away from winchester safe store at all costs there’s more cost effective storage in the area with 24 hr access

After looking for a storage facility for some furniture, I decided Safestore Winchester was the most convenient place, plus it had been recommended to my mother.
Mark at Safestore was extremely helpful and reassuring and was able to provide me with all the information I needed including giving me a fantastic recommendation about a removal company to move the furniture to the storage container.
On arriving there with the removal company and furniture, everything ran so smoothly and Mark showed me to the container and liaised with the removal company about placing the things into the container.
What could have been a very stressful morning turned into a very easy experience.
