Took out a salary finance loan , ran into some financial difficulties arranged a payment plan so that I can continue to pay my loan in good faith , it was the biggest struggle getting the payment plan set up , I was messed around for days , the amount was wrong , nothing worked , finally it got set up and the payments have been going out for about 5 months now
I get an email saying I’ve missed a payment when there was no payment missed , a mark has been placed on my credit file now as a missed payment ! Salary finance don’t respond to customers , the direct debit is active and has been active the whole time , all I want is a final response so I can go to the ombudsman about this place , you are not going to get away with ruining peoples lives and their credit scores cause of a mistake YOU made then refuse to respond to customers !!
it’s honestly a disgrace and I should never have turned to this place for help

Advance salary always there when you need it!
The process is very easy and the money arrives quickly, once the account is set up re applying is straightforward.
I have been using salary advance for a few years now and never had an issue, you always know what you are repaying and since it comes out of salary there is no chance of missing a payment! It has been a great help to make those end of months easier and a lot cheaper than a bank overdraft too .
