Dissolves easily and doesn't have any after taste. Since taking one measure per day I do feel that I can endure activities at a higher intensity for longer, whether that's a long ride or a big mountain day. I also generally find that recovery is quicker as well. No noticeable weight gain either which is one thing that put me off taking creatine when I first heard about it. Thought it was just for body builders etc... and not suitable for cycling or climbing sports. Glad I started taking it.

Anyone that uses this product regularly will be happy with this product. The only quite annoying problem is that container opening is too narrow for my hands and too deep for me to reach the bottom. I don't have big hands for a man so this will be an issue for most men that buy this. It will become progressively more annoying as I won't be able to reach to the bottom. Either make shorter,wider containers, or provide a longer scoop.
