Paige did my hydra facial and was very good. She’s very attentive to details and has excellent customer service skills. I’ve used Skn numerous times over the years and has always received excellent service. 😊
I had a laser hair removal treatment with Marni at the SK:N Clinic in Edgbaston in Birmingham and it was a really wonderful experience! I was quite nervous for the treatment, but Marni was really patient and supportive throughout and it barely hurt at all. I recommend getting laser hair removal treatment with Marni at the clinic! Thank you!

Milisa at Manchester Bridgewater was extremely friendly and informative. The hydrafacial was amazing and my skin looks amazing. She also found great skincare to help my textured skin.

I had an amazing experience with Emma and Nina during my laser treatment on my neck. From the moment I arrived in the Nottingham branch they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. They were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, making sure I felt confident throughout the entire process.
Their attention to detail and genuine care really stood out, and the treatment was much more comfortable than I expected because of their expertise. They were friendly, reassuring and went above and beyond to provide outstanding care.
I can’t recommend Emma and Nina highly enough. If you’re considering laser treatment, you’re in the best hands with them. Thank you both for such a fantastic experience I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

I was extremely happy with my experience and treatment at the Brighton Clinic,
Both my consultation and my treatment carried out by Dr hosur was done in a chilled environment even music in the background .
I was having a medium sized Lipoma on my shoulder removed aided by Aine my initial worry turned into a fun experience and surprisingly little pain only the first injections and after that it was pain free .. after the procedure I was given clear instructions on aftercare. From start to finish i was treated in an inclusive, respectful and caring way. Thank you

Faha at the London wall branch is great. She helped my skin improve drastically by recommending the right treatments and doing them to a high standard.

Today I went for a consultation with Torkan Hirbod for Botox and Lip filler at the London Wall clinic. I had booked an appointment for a consultation and treatment. I explained my concerns to Torkan and expressed (more than once) that I wanted two areas of Botox and 0.55ml of lip filler (which is what I had booked). Torkan seemed knowledgeable and professional to begin with. She agreed to treat the areas of concern for Botox. When discussing lip filler, she recommended a certain technique and explained the reasons for her recommendation which I was happy with. I consented to treatment, and was given an IPad to sign electronically, however, no Ts and Cs were discussed at all (which I was a little surprised about).
I proceeded with treatment. Torkan explained what she was doing throughout, however, I had my eyes closed throughout treatment (which is common for patients) having worked in a clinic for several years myself.
Once treatment was finished, I was given aftercare advice and instructed to take my treatment slip to reception and pay, which I did. £530 later, all seemed good, and I left.
15 minutes later I had a voicemail on my phone from the clinic asking me to call them back as I had supposedly ‘underpaid’. Confused, I called them back and was informed that I had to pay for another 0.55 of filler. I explained this was incorrect and confirmed that I had told Torkan, I only ever have 0.55ml in my lips and this is what I had requested and consented to. The receptionist then placed me on hold and a short time later, Torkan took over the call.
Torkan’s tone immediately changed and any professionalism had gone out of the window at this point. In complete disbelief, I endured her shouting and talking over me for a good 5 minutes. She accused me of calling her ‘stupid’ (a term which never left my mouth), I could barely get a word in. She was shouting, claiming I owed for another 0.55ml of filler which she had supposedly put in my lips (which she never once mentioned during my appointment). She recommended a TECHNIQUE and placement, at NO POINT did she mention she would be using more or any additional cost. She accused me of being aware, because I’d apparently ‘seen the empty syringe’, yet my eyes were closed throughout the whole treatment! After repeated shouting from Torkan, I hung up. I am still in complete shock that a customer has been treated this way! If I could give no stars, I would.
Despite this awful experience, the front of house staff were both lovely, one of whom called me back swiftly, apologised for my experience, and agreed that there needs to be greater transparency for patients during consultation. She kindly moved my follow-up appointment to the Harley street clinic at my request. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning to the Wall Street clinic, and will be making an official complaint to the clinic!

I would not recommend this clinic for Verucca treatment and have been scammed and treated poorly as a patient.
I attended a consultation with Dr Halfhide for a verucca removal. He presented me with only one option of treatment and only explained other options when I asked . He was unable to find the price on the price list and so asked the receptionist to quote me for laser removal. The price quoted was that listed on the website, however I was not provided with a written quote when booking my appointment. He also said if the verruca was not fully removed that I could have a follow up treatment free of charge.
At my procedure appointment Dr Halfhide then said I would be charged 50% for any follow-up appointments needed. He did explain the procedure well on the day and talked me through as he undertook it. However post treatment he had already plugged the wound with vaseline so i could not inspect the site to see if it had all been captured and when it came to leaving the appointment he was prepared to send me home with no bandage covering the open wound (which was on the sole of my foot). I had to request a bandage - which was fortunate I did as when I returned home the wound had bled through.
On returning to the welcome desk to pay, I was quoted with a price significantly above that which I was quoted upon booking. I questioned this and was told they "would have used a different laser" or "would have taken off more than one verucca" - the latter was not the case and I was not made aware in the appointment of any differing types of laser. With no written quote provided, I had to pay the bill.
I then received aftercare instructions via email for the removal of a mole via laser treatment, rather than a verucca, which differed from that outlined by Dr Halfhide. On checking the company website could see that I had been charged for a mole and not a verucca removal based on the prices quoted.
I phoned the clinic the next day who came up with various "reasons" for the price. They said the doctor would have quoted the price in the consultation (which he did not, the receptionist was left to quote me) and claimed the website prices were not correct despite me having clear evidence of the wrong aftercare documents showing that the treatment had been processed incorrectly. They refused to refund me the difference and when I asked to be issued all of the relevant documentation they had in relation to my booking / treatment said they could not issue it to me and I had to email the clinic to request it. I did so and despite following up I have receieved no reply - this was in April.
While the wound has healed, there remains some verucca which I could see from the early stages of healing had obviously been missed off the edge of the site of treatment.
I feel utterly scammed by the clinic for this treatment and felt their patient care was poor. I will not be returning for any follow up treatment necessary.
