The worst Xmas party I’ve ever been too . Food was something a dog would not eat.
Pure rip off . Champagne was like water and if u keep drinking it u will need plenty of bog roll. It says 2.30 finish but 1.20 we we told to leave . If u were a rat u would love it cause tats all they had to serve.cheese . Never again. I’d sooner go and celebrate it at McDonald’s
I didn’t even want to give one star, I went for my work Christmas party, all was well until the end of the night, when I left my £250 blazer in the premises and remembered once outside the marquee. When I asked if I could go back to get it, I was refused entry and was told it will either be taken by one of the cleaners to keep (Because apparently that’s okay to do) or, if I’m lucky, will be put into lost property. This is unacceptable and nothing was done to help me, the company does not care and the customer service is atrocious.
Go every year to the battersea evolution. always great food dancers and music. last year carnival was fantastic and already booked tables for next year

The whole team were incredibly friendly, professional and clearly very highly skilled. They understood exactly what I wanted and the event turned out better than me and my team could have ever imagined. I definitely recommend. I know exactly who I'm booking to do my Christmas party next time!
I have booked our company Christmas party with Smart every year for the past 8 years. They are a very well organised and professionally run company who organise THE BEST Christmas parties. From initial booking right through to the party night itself they will work with you to ensure you and your guests enjoy a first class all round experience. Their food is freshly cooked on site each day and is well served and presented, their theming is clever and well thought out, and their sites are easily accessible. I highly recommend this company.
I have used Smart for Christmas parties, New Year's Eve and the Rugby Captains Dinner. All of which were FANTASTIC I can't stress enough how hard Smart work I make sure you and and your party are looked after, the entertainment is second to none and the food/drink is always top notch. I can't wait to book with them again. Thank you Lauren and the rest of the team for all your help in booking. 5 stars doesn't do you justice.
