The two delivery guys were friendly, efficient, and got the job done quickly while happily answering any questions we had. There was a small part missing, but they immediately called the office to notify them. I followed up with the office the next day regarding the missing item, and the lovely lady I spoke to was incredibly apologetic and assured me it would be sent out the same day. It arrived the very next day — fantastic customer service! We ordered the Tignes sofa and swivel chair, and I’m absolutely obsessed. It’s exactly what I expected — looks amazing and feels like great quality. Five stars for customer service, quality, and the delivery process. Thank you, Sofa and Friends, for such a quick and easy experience from beginning to end!
