I cannot say definitively that taking Boswellia is helping, but i can say that since resuming its use, I have less joint pain issues. I am 71 and work a very physically demanding job 2 days a week. I've had intermittent shoulder, hip and joint flare-ups this year. Noticeable decrease of flare-ups since on Boswellia.

I love it!! 3-4 years ago I wasn’t able to go upstairs. My knees were in pain. I discovered Boswellia and started taking it. Without noticing I stop having pain in my knees. Now I just take it once I a while. Even for headaches I take it and my aches disappear!!
