I'm not saying it isn't effective I want to be clear on that point - my husband kept saying that I stunk so bad from taking them to the point he couldn't be around me. I wasn't able to be consistent enough to tell if they are truly effective. I am an easy target for biting insects and was really hoping this would help deter the nasty pesky black flies here. if you come out with an odorless option I will definitely try it again!

I use these garlic caps as a boost for my immune system. They are a good value and they don’t leave my breath smelling and tasting like garlic.
Bought this to discourage ticks from biting. I do believe it is working. 2023, 10 bites. 2024, only 1 so far.
Leaves a very strong aftertaste, almost nauseating.
Both my husband and I suffered bad heartburn and upset stomach from this supplement. Unfortunately, we ended up discarding it.

Any insects that bite or sting always love me. Three of these capsules in the AM changes that.
