I placed an order of $2800 for creme…
I placed an order of $2800 for creme patio sheeting. I had to to wait 10days for my order. When collected the order it was incorrect grey and creme. Cost us more money and inconvenience to paint over 40 sheets creme. Also when collecting the sheeting the forklift driver dropped the pallet next to my trailer and drove of. We had to load over 40 sheets by hand. Very poor management with the order being incorrect and very bad service having forklift driver not load onto my trailer. Will never recommend stratco or go there again. Bad service all round.

I'd give zero stars if I could
If you want to finish your Shed project, go elsewhere. Once the have your payment, you are no longer a priority.
Stratco supplied plans that did not match the approved door opening, which forced us to redesign the opening and incur the cost of amending the council permit. This also resulted in our builder having to stop work twice. On top of this, parts were missing from the original order, the required flashings were not supplied, and the replacement door arrived damaged. Since raising the damaged door for replacement, the delivery has also been delayed. We were provided with a delivery date, which has now passed, and the replacement door still has not arrived.
Nothing progressed unless we chased it, and the Area Manager callback we were promised never came. Every extra cost from their mistakes has landed on us, with no accountability and no compensation offered.
Do not buy from Stratco if you want finished project on time with no extra costs.
