We contacted Tony 2 weeks ago and wow his customer service is 1st class! I asked if my wife Grace could test drive a Ford Kuga, we arrived 20 mins later, looking round the cars Tony called us over like an old friend! He put my wife in the driving seat and straight away put her at ease! From then on it only got better! After the test drive we sat & chatted and discussed our requirements which was all noted. Thankfully a few days later 2 cars meeting our requirements arrived, so we arranged to meet Tony the following Saturday to view them. We arrived and were welcomed by Tony, he gave us the keys to both cars and left us to go between the 2 to decide which one, once we decided (or rather i did) he arranged a test drive. After the test drive the decision was made! He went round the vehicle noting things that needed attention prior to handover. During the week i emailed him a few times and he put my mind at rest each time! The day of handover arrived and oh my word! If i could Tony 6 stars i would! His attention to detail and sorting everything including things we hadnt noticed was sublime! He sorted everything inc car tax etc! He made the process so easy and what got me the most is he cared! You can tell Tony is an expert in customer service and I felt we recieved exceptional service and felt he went above and beyond! Tony you are an invaluable credit to TCH Derby and we cannot thank you enough for what you have done for us!

very friendly sales people very knowledgeable of the product very helpful when asking questions about a new vehicle and very helpful when applying for the Finance and carrying out all the paperwork that’s necessary to go along with buying a new vehicle🥇

TC Harrison has a Friendly welcoming atmosphere the staff were very helpful, customer service was excellent & my personal advisor Phil was excellent, full of useful information & answered all my queries. I would recommend TC Harrison Derby.

Good explanation of the car during and after our test drive, and of our options ( re both optional extras and finance options) when we bought one. Also follow up phone calls one week and two weeks after we bought it, to check we were happy with it and to answer any questions that we had come up with.

I made a random visit to TC Harrison in Spalding where I met Simon, who helped me with my initial enquiry about a vehicle.

He was very personable, knowledgable and professional throughout and 3 weeks later I am now the proud and very happy owner of my Ford EV.

I would have no hesitation but to recommend the team at TC Harrison in Spalding and look forward to a new ongoing dealership / customer relationship.

I took out a service plan with TC Harrison. For several reasons I ended up trading in my Ford for a different car and so requested the premiums paid for the service plan to be repaid.

This was 50 days ago on 4th June. I was advised it could take 6 weeks as for some inexplicable reason the payment has to be sent by cheque which for some reason takes that long. I don’t suppose it has anything to do with the fact that in the period my money is retained by the plan provider they are earning interest, which I won’t be earning.

In an age where you can transfer money in your phone in under a minute it makes zero sense to use a process that takes this long. Frankly it’s soured the entire experience for me. It’s shortsighted of the company and an unnecessary annoyance.

BEWARE of you take a plan out, you will have to chase for your money from them.

It’s fair to say we had difficulties, a MOT took 4 days, due to late arrival of parts, but the team were supportive, went the the extra mile, and ultimately did a great job at a fair price. Stamford branch were first class…thank yo

As a middle aged woman, I find the experience of buying a car daunting and find salesmen generally talk to my husband. However, it was a refreshing experience at TC Harrison. I want to praise Jake Simpson for his great salesmanship. He really listened to what I wanted from a car, and the car he recommended to me was the perfect fit. He understood that I didn't feel comfortable test driving it myself and highlighted all the features that matched what I was looking for when we took it out. I have ended up with a car that really meets my needs and I am super happy with. The service experience was first rate and I didn't feel patronised or spoken down to. I would definitely buy my next second hand car from TC Harrison. Jake is an asset to your business.

Exceptional experience thanks to Malcolm - I cannot praise Malcolm enough for his help with our PIP Motability vehicle. From the very beginning, he was friendly knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He worked so quickly to pull everything together and got our car sorted earlier than planned, which made a huge difference to us. Thank you Malcolm and the team at TC Harrison for making the entire process completely stress free!

TCH, and specifically Phil Lycett, were excellent in handling our recent new Motability lease.
