It was easy to book a lane
It was easy to book a lane. The reception staff were helpful and physically checked our lane was ready for us to use. The area is all on one level as are the toilets. Quite good facilities to purchase food and drink. These can be ordered to your lane area and prices were reasonable.
One point I would like to make is, it would be helpful for reception staff to check if the customer was familier with the workings of the lanes.

The place was tidy, the staff was very welcoming, the games where in timing with each other, it wasn't to quick or to slow and I would definitely recommend to others to go there, especially if they have children and are looking for a little fun activitie, the price wasn't too bad either and the location was good

First time visiting, reception staff very helpful.Really enjoyed the bowling I thought the facilities, and the additional games ie: snooker table and arcade type games were a bonus to extend the enjoyment of the morning.
