Well maintained bowling alley, user friendly. Food fairly basic but friendly staff and good array of arcade games, pool tables etc.
As you'd expect, loud and lots of bright/neon lighting but to be expected for a bowling/party venue!

The group of pupils had a great day and the staff that were there were great. Sadly most of the Laser Tag guns didn't work and the pupils didn't get full games. They were also very short staffed that day so getting served or help was a very long wait.

Enjoyable
We visited the soft play and staff were extremely helpful and considerate. Bar staff were accommodating also. Place was clean. We did not visit the actual bowling lanes but plan to do so next week

The bowling itself is great and the arcade.
The food is very poor but cheap so can't complain.
They were unable to do any cocktails with Rum or Vodka in them when we went as they had run out apparently.
Which was a bit disappointing as we'd have spent a lot more money.

Ordered online for a pint to out lane 20 minutes passed with 4 staff on, it wasnt even that busy, in the end I ended up going to the bar and asking and was told it was just poured and I could see it on the bar top with our lane number next to it, there was no apology or anything, so very disappointing experience

Good but some general concern
The staff were great and relaxed with us. I would have given a 5, however at the venue there was a man filming the girls from our party. He was at various times filming either himself or just them. Some of girls reported that he was following them within the arcade area. When I reported it to staff, the member of staff I reported it to was very responsive. The manager was called to speak to him, however the manager never came to speak to him. We found the man sitting at the table next to us and parents were keeping an eye that he didn't film whilst he was sitting there. If staff do not keep folk in check, word would spread that these are unsafe venues for young childern and families. The man was heavily drinking, this is on a Sunday between 2-4pm. Apart from this, the staff, venue and food was excellent.
