My son needed an appointment as was complaining about his tooth hurting. We were offered an appointment the following week and was seen by a very friendly and reassuring dentist. He needed a filling and she explained exactly what was needed, why and kept him calm throughout the process.

As always Rishi was friendly reassuring and professional. I don't enjoy going to dentist (does anyone?) but I know I can always rely on Rishi to put me at ease. Reception staff also very friendly.

Excellent Experience

I had a fantastic experience at this dental practice. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my visit.

My teeth were cleaned extremely well, and I was given clear and useful advice on how to maintain good oral hygiene and keep my teeth clean. I particularly appreciated being given the choice of whether to have the polishing done or not. I chose not to have it because, on a previous occasion at another dentist, I was not given that option and the polishing left me uncomfortable for several days. I really appreciated that my preference was respected here.

I was also given a tube of toothpaste and some toothpicks to take home, and I was advised to brush my teeth twice a day. These small touches showed that the staff genuinely cared about helping me maintain my dental health beyond the appointment.

The location is also excellent. It is only about a 5-minute walk from Seven Sisters Underground Station, and there is a bus stop directly in front of the practice, making it very convenient to get to.

Overall, I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this dental practice to others. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent care and service!

I had an appointment with the dental hygienist, very thorough examination. Lorraine the hygienist is very good and friendly.

Perfect in every way from start to finish. From being greeted by Sally on reception to the care given by the dentistry team. A real pleasurable visit.

I have a new dentist, OMG she is so lovely she is gentle, and thorough, I only had a checkup but she cleaned one of my teeth as it was very sensitive, put some sort of paste on it to help it keep stronger.and checked all my other teeth, she was great.

Shocking I specifically asked for an appointment regarding work on my teeth to speak to a consultant but yet again they waste my time booking me in with a dentist that doesn’t do the work needed I am infact still awaiting a call back to rebook I won’t hold my breath .. communication is zero

A very clear explanation of what was going on, with my problem, as well as outlining my options.

Esme the hygienist, at Reepham Road branch in Norwich was excellent!!

I don’t think she understands how much she has helped me in my recent visit on Wednesday 12.08.26 and have booked another appointment based on her professional opinion!

She is calm and very thorough with her advice with no discrimination.
