When I purchased it online, I hadn't realized it was a subscription service which would be charged yearly. The processing was done in the cloud and it was extremely slow. The results were garish and exaggerated. I had some of the earlier legacy programs which I still use occasionally. These worked well and I still own the license to those. I don't like subscription plans and prefer to own the program outright. I asked for a refund the next day and it was processed without delay.
