A great program. My Photos turn out beautifully even when upscaled.

Unfortunately committed to an anual subscription of a product that does not perform as I expected

Amazing software, it saved my blurred photos perfectly!
The software frequently crashed while in use, so it wasn't an option for me. My system specs are a 5070ti (16GB) and 128GB of DDR4 memory.
Terrible. Doesn’t enhance photos, just increases the “clarity” setting from Lightroom.
It’s a confusing product with poor results, unreliable processing, and a misleading subscription.
Very unstable software & bad licensing terms. Very unsatisfactory.
It's terrific. Four stars to keep them striving:-).
Good product. Does what is says. Makes pictures even better.
Price too high and locked into 12 month agreement
Works as advertised, not like others that fills in with whatever.
I've seen their ads for a while and wanted to give the Photo app a try for its sharpening and refocus features. I was greatly disappointed with the results versus what is advertised. The AI enhancing for slightly out of focus and out of focus images created details that turned the image from a photograph to looking like an illustration created in Procreate. Absolutely nothing close to what the before and after slide depictions in their ads and on their website display. A waste of time.
I am quite new to Topaz, having already subcribes to Topaz Gigapixel, I added Topaz photo. Being a partially sighted photographer, Topaz Photo is a God send. It is difficult to adequately describe how it has lifted my game!!! Brilliant.
It's way too expensive (monthly or annually). Topaz has materially less editable range, compared to a wrapped robust product offering like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, for (IMO) much less applied versatility. I wanted to check out Topaz nonetheless, and hence subscribed for a couple of months (which I will cancel without any question). I think the AI features for sharpening and de-blurring are interesting and a worthy additive feature to something like Photoshop, but this pricing model is just stupid candidly. If your market is much more limited to professionals and high net worth hobbyists, sure exorbitant, but they probably don't care. For a hobbyist, someone in retirement, a student, someone of more modest means (a much broader cut of a potential market), this is cost prohibitive and Topaz is going to take it one the chin IMO. Good luck.

Disappointing shift to forced subscriptions
Nice and easy to use

No happy with purchase. Would not suggest to others.
I chose the monthly membership so I could try it out and cancel. But under the monthly membership you must uncheck a box that says "year commitment" I feel like I have been scammed and taken advantage of.
