I have no idea how to access my new products. Not on my product list. I can see a sample of the new Studio2 that I can buy. But I already did that. Still don't see how to use Mosaic. In My Products I see my original Photo AI not the new one.
A high quality top photo and video products.
Excellent package, all in one. It's "just" an upgrade of the previous products (I used all of them), now it's nicely combined in one "studio".
I am years customer from the Denoise AI, Sharpen AI, Gigapixel AI, Photo AI until of 2 December 2025. Some times i was getting very good results but also a lots of time the results was really bad with lots of artifacts but... its ok, the softwear year by year was getting a little bit better and i was feeling ok with that, after all we don't expect miracles if we have a really bad photo. BUT, with the latest change that goes with subscription for all the apps with name "Studio" this is NO GO for me. Your marketing and pricing cost you a years customer. Also 2 of of my friends already quit paying for your products because they felling like me. Subscription... and the worst is at the and we don't have anything. Before we paid for a year, getting updates during that paid year and when that year ended we have the right to use the latest edition of that paid year as long as we want. How wonderful was that? Now, when the time of subscription comes to end we don't have nothing. Nothing at all..! As a loyal customer who pays every year i believe i contribute to the company to stay alive and healthy so they can develop their software and it's not right not to have access any more at least in the version i was paying when the year is end. Also i see forcing customers to get products they don't really want or need and the prices is very expensive because of all of that different programs. Example, i don't need the Video AI. But now is on the Studio package and that package is very expensive. Also i received an offer because i was a loyal customer but this offer was not the final price, it was price without taxes resulting in the price going up a lot later. As the icing on the cake after all this and the higher price at the end we have NO right to use the applications, it does not belong to us like in all previous years until the new Studio package came. Unfortunately i find this strategy of my favorite company greedy.. This was the end for me..

Topaz Photo did not work as promised. Shockingly slow at very simple tasks. Lacks basic simple functionality like Undo. Terrible unnatural looking results. Gigapixel works great. Do not force me to pay for the whole studio if you aren’t going to put any effort into developing the centerpiece application.
Please release the Starlight engine so that it can be turned locally. Other than that, there are few changes to be impressed. Apart from being able to make 4K comfortable, it is Starlight that improves AI-generated videos or images, but that is limited to points. It's slow and this is a complaint. I'm going to use MAGNIFIT next time
This is an incredibly powerful suite of very useful and seemingly infinitely adjustable tools. Make a huge difference in a few clicks! Highly recommend!
Topaz Studio - Annual can do what others can't do, that's how simple it is. I've been looking for years for this. It is bringing memories back to life as it was shoot yesterday. Giving the option to change the process manually is a bonus. It is not buggy on the hardware i have and it has no adverts in it to be funded. Giving Me an annual subscription with an lifetime price makes it very attractive. Worth every Penny, thx :-)
Overall, I’m satisfied with the desktop products I’ve been using over the past few days — Topaz Photo, Video, and Gigapixel. Each of them brings new life to both my old and new photos and videos, adding clarity and beauty in ways that feel transformative. I especially appreciate the way Gigapixel handles batch processing in the cloud, which makes large jobs more manageable. That said, there are some frustrations. The Photo app often hangs for several minutes while waiting for cloud rendering (similar to Wonder), which interrupts the workflow. The desktop GUIs across the apps could also use refinement: sliders are difficult to adjust precisely, some panels lack scrollbars, and overall there’s room for improvement in usability. On the web side, my experience has been less positive. Mosaic comes with great intentions, but the execution feels lacking. The workflow isn’t clear, and the refresh time for the page is extremely slow — sometimes taking minutes for a single click to register. This makes the tool nearly impossible to use in practice. Bloom has also been frustrating. The images it generates are far beyond what I anticipated, and I struggled to achieve the desired results despite multiple attempts. In summary, Topaz Studio Annual offers powerful desktop tools that genuinely enhance media quality, but the web apps need significant improvement in usability and performance to match the promise of the brand.
I expected a lot more of the models... It doesn't seem to do what I need it to do when it comes to AI generated images and video and I payed way too much even with black friday discount for it.
The video app is alright. Not great. It didn’t do a great job increasing the resolution of videos and the settings are not clear what each does and how it works.
I made the step from Topaz Video to Topaz Studio. It is a fantastic software package. This gives me the opportunity not only to improve videos, I can now process also images. Of course, I still have to learn the handling of image processing, but this is not so difficult with Topaz Studio. It was easy to run through the purchase process without any issue.

Topaz Images, Its crashing all the time and my settings dont get saved, keeps starting with sample images, i wish were never there in the first place. I use a top-tier Aurora 13 Alienware computer system on a windows 11. Sometimes when rendering it takes a long time, yet nothing has actually been processed, nothing to show. When i focus in on an image, every time i move it around or zoom out, it reprocesses continouosly...very frustrated so far. This was purchased so i could start a business by using the software specifically for my customers needs. Topaz Video has begun similar hickups. I wish i knew what the solutions are...if any. I do share my Topaz crash reports with Topaz / Microsoft.
