I was left with a bad impression of Astra; it’s way too expensive, so I’m going to drop it—other friends have said the same thing. Maybe I’ll come back if Astra ever makes it to Topaz Studio. Plus, the last update was really poor; edited and trimmed videos play back as if the cuts hadn't been made—it's horrible.

It works very well but is very expensive . If it was half price it would be 5 star. But for light users it is way to expensive.
Maybe if you had been granted enough credits with purchase itd be worth it, otherwise waste of money locally.
Its expensive and will continue to look for an alternative, I have all the legacy products, but this subscription pricing is ridiculous over priced.
The 4K rendering was not up to standards. I am very disappointed with the quality and the price I paid.
I didnt see any improvement on the images i was trying to fix, it was a bit frustating after paying $69. Looks like it used to be a demo available, Would have been nice to have it even if it had the watermark and pay once i knew the software would work on my project. Not sure I will be using it again...

Im completely dissapointed by your product. Waiting 11h for a video or 3h with barely noticeable results. I want my money back if possible or else I will make a video showing the results.
I have tried using Topaz Video AI to enhance my footage, but rendering takes an incredibly long time. On one occasion, the application estimated that it would take more than six days to complete a render. The problem is that I cannot even see any noticeable improvement in the preview, so it's difficult to justify the processing time. I have contacted support, but the experience has not been very helpful. They provide troubleshooting suggestions, but when I follow their instructions, the application often returns an error without any explanation or error message. Honestly, this has felt like a complete waste of time. I have not been able to use the software successfully. I tested it on both a Dell PC and a Mac, and the results were the same. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this software. It seems more suitable for very short social media clips than for professional workflows or serious video production.
It is quite expensive for what it offers. Also, I've gone through a lot of technical issues with the model caching on Windows.
Unfortunately encountered an error that wiped the drive it was installed on. Insane that this can even happen.
I am writing to you because I am experiencing several issues with your Topaz Lab software. I purchased the complete package a few weeks ago and have been trying the various options and different settings, but unfortunately I am struggling a great deal.I am a photographer and I recently redesigned my website and Instagram account. I have a vast amount of material, but I use Topaz not so much for images but primarily for videos, as roughly 20 years ago the equipment we used for filming did not have the quality I need today — especially since, alongside my photographs, the old footage looks quite poor. So Topaz is mainly useful to me for video. When I try to process even short videos, I cannot find a setting that works well — some things improve but others get worse. The ideal solution would perhaps be to schedule a call and share my screen, so that one of your team could guide me directly. Thank you, Amedeo
