I am genuinely impressed with Topaz Labs, both for the quality of the products and for the quality of the support, which is extremely important today. First, the products themselves are remarkable. I mainly work with AI-generated images and videos, and Topaz has made a real difference in my workflow. For AI-generated images, the tools can clean up the image, improve details, and make the final result feel much more realistic and usable. Even though the subscription is relatively expensive, the difference it can make is significant. Topaz Video, especially on Mac or PC, is also excellent for increasing video resolution and improving the overall quality of footage. It is particularly useful when working with AI-generated videos that need to be upscaled or refined. I also appreciate that Topaz offers different tools and approaches depending on the type of image or video, whether it is more realistic, more stylized, animated, or AI-generated. It feels like a complete ecosystem. It does take a little time to understand everything properly, but once you start getting used to it, it becomes a very powerful and impressive set of tools. The second thing I really want to highlight is the quality of the support. At the beginning, I had some issues because I did not fully understand how everything worked, and the support team was there to help me. I made a few mistakes, and they took the time to explain things clearly and help me solve them. Most importantly, I felt that I was dealing with real human beings, not generic chatbot answers. That makes a huge difference. These days, customer support is often frustrating because you get automated responses that do not really understand the problem. With Topaz, I received clear, human, helpful replies from people who actually took the time to understand my situation. For me, that combination of a powerful product and genuinely helpful support makes a big difference. I am very happy with Topaz Labs so far.
