Ordered seven polo shirts and 3 jackets . Delivery was supposed to be by DHL and when tracking parcel it showed out for delivery and returned to depot . Checked again next day and showing as still in DHL warehouse .Drove the five miles to DHL to see whats going on and turned out Velstuff had put my name as delivery address .
Contacted velstuff who part refunded £6.95 as I had to go and collect.

I can’t really review the shoes as I still haven’t received them yet DHL has failed two day in a row to deliver them. Really disappointed with your courier service. Can someone find out what is going on as i paid £7 for the delivery and still waiting for my order.I had to miss two days of my work to wait for the delivery window.

Parcel not arrived

Dont order from them, please. It is a nightmare. Firstly be aware you have to pay for returns for any items firstly, even if they are nothing like they are listed. The sizing is absolutely awful, I brought a bulk order for a few people and all of the sizing for all of the garments was awful, even same size items some were too big some were to small and some items had massive long arms, there is no consistency to sizing, so then when you return them you have to pay for it. Also, they will just select what to refund you, I had them reject a refund as one item was not in a sealed packet when it was not sent in a sealed packet. Just be really mindful because it cost me alot of time and money to return stuff that was sized not for a normal human of that size abd be aware the sizes on their website are not correct, we even tried clothing that was sizes up from our normal in the order and they still were too small.

Slow delivery, garment way too small. Requested refund - then had to pay to send back - still not had my money back. Won’t use again. Found a proper workwear supplier locally who are miles better than this shower. Rubbish.

I ordered a pair off stretch work pants in a size larger and they still did not fit . Sizes are definitely wrong and need sorting. And after paying £6.99 postage, I've just been charged £3 to send them back .

I buy Veltuff because I like the quality and durability I like these shorts but my only criticism is that the reflective fabric around the legs is not stretchy material, so they feel tighter around the legs than the rest of the garment

This company, I'm sure, intends to be professional but you are only as good as your weakest link! In this case, and usually when dealing with Veltuff, the delivery company Evri have let me down and failed to deliver on time with another feeble excuse. I will shop elsewhere in future with some one who used a professional delivery company!

First class absoute bargain good quality highly recommend.

I ordered a jacket and had to wait 6 days for delivery, which was already frustrating.
When the parcel finally arrived, the company sent me the wrong jacket.
I immediately contacted customer service and requested a return, but I have still not received any useful information or updates about my return request. The lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating.
I expected better service and a quicker resolution. Sending the wrong item is one thing, but leaving customers without updates is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Wow orderd the hybrid trousers size 30 ,,arrived today opened the parcel to a pair of pants with dust dirt on the legs,
No tags on them thought try them on omg who ever is sizing these trousers they wouldn't fit a kid ,,skin tight not even stretchy even if I orderd two sizes up dont think they would fit , ime in shock ,,look for a return you have pay to return them wow ,let's just say ile give them to the charity shop ,lesson learned never again purchase from here sizing is so misleading and miles off from there sizing chart worst workpants ive ever tryed stick to what I know mascot workpants

Great item at a good price.
I was dubious about ordering from this company after I’d seen mixed reviews. However, they had the item I wanted so gave them a try and I’m glad I did.
My jacket arrived after a few days and I’m impressed with the quality and fit. Would definitely order from them again.

One of the best companies I’ve ordered from regarding communication and customer service. Products were excellent and delivered personally on time as we had a tight deadline.
Would highly recommend.
