The only observation I would like to emphasize, the packaging of the watch is not well taken cared of. The watch seems used, there’s no protective plastic around to show that it’s well taken cared.

Regarding your concern about the watch appearing used, we would like to clarify that Watchdreamer is an official retailer for Frédérique Constant. Your watch was supplied through the manufacture, and the warranty was dated on the day of shipment. As with all our new watches, it was prepared with care before dispatch, including the usual checks, time-setting and presentation elements.
We are therefore surprised by this impression, especially as the order process, delivery and overall handling of your purchase were completed efficiently and in line with our standards.
