I send them so many messages and they just refuse to help me out with my issues. I think who created that app is a hole scammers. Update they were online saying active but they still refuse to respond back. I'm going to court and get investigation paper to see what they are hiding stuff etc. And DO NOT TRY TO UNINSTALL OR DELETE ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU WANT TO PLAY GAMES HERE

Account Problems? Game over for real
My account was and is still locked for a month and I've been trying to stay in contact with customer support as to figure out why it was locked. During that month, they could not figure out why and stated that they were still investigating.
Here's the kicker. They tell you to troubleshoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which ends up deleting your ticket on the app, so you have to end up creating a new ticket in order to get back in line.
Customer support feels like it is nonexistent. If you do have a smooth experience and do get a lot of sats, please do not leave them in the zbd wallet for too long. Put them in another wallet.

The support is unhelpful
The support is unhelpful. Could not even start to use their wallet. There were some games that required their wallet, but tnankfully I will not waste my time with them. I would recommend to stay away.

Easy to use
This bitcoin wallet app is quite useful. I can connect all of my satoshi earning apps to it. I then transfer to my Coinbase account and swap for useful cryptocurrency.
