Absolutely terrible. Don't buy anything from them.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The worst service I have ever received online shopping. Stay away! I ordered on 20 November 2022. The shipping kept getting delayed and delayed (Åshild never contacted me once about the delays, never communicated with me about it... I had to check what was happening on their website). I tried to cancel the order over e-mail in the middle of December 2022 because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it wasn't going to arrive in time and received no response. Then on 3 January 2023 (more than 6 weeks after I made the order) the money just gets taken out of my account and I receive a notification from Posten that the items are being sent. I can't believe this company is even still in business with this kind of service.
