Warning!!! Do not buy anything from Chatters Online. No response what soever from customer service.
I bought a curling iron, but it was the wrong size, the package was never opened. Tried to return it for a exchange and the staff were so rude at both locations and their customer service is basically not available. I've left numberous messages and no one has gotten back to me.

Always get the parfum in perfect condition and very quickly. Prices are very fair.

The first shipment was great, got the items quickly. I signed up for a 3 month subscription. Next order came less than a month. Never even got a chance to try the first order that came. When I inquired why the 2nd order came so quick, I was advised the next order comes in a month, then 3 months after. Very deceiving. I have canceled the whole subscription.

I like their product however their customer service/support is nil. I’ve been trying to a return a scale that has never been opened since September 23. I evidently cannot just send it back. Crickets. Somehow I got & paid for 2 scales. I need to have a return on my credit card like since September 30th. I wish companies would get actual people to work for them as opposed to AI.

Horrid products. Got expired, sculpture or ineffective, but two vials has not worked at all, and then bought some radius and the product was not effective and left nodules that now have to be cut out of my chin. I don’t think the sculpture is FDA approved or could be expired or counterfeit. I’m not sure but I bought two vials. They were placed months ago and literally nothing has changed.

Ordered a product that was in stock when ordering, however, the product was popular enough that they ran out of stock and I was not informed until I contacted them to ask for an update. I was met with an AI agent before getting in touch with a representative. My order did come after a month which was longer than expected but they added a small gift to my order as an apology which was nice of them.
Overall, my experience was good after receiving proper assistance. I would consider buying from them again but having to reach out first to receive an update and to go through an AI agent that wasn't as intuitive as a human wasn't that great of an experience.
