My wife and I were travelling from Montreal to Lac St Jean with our camper and got a blowout. We called Beneva Road assistance and explained our issue, all they had to do was to contact a tow truck in order to have them remove the wheel and install the spare, which is something I could have done myself if only I had a Jack. They made us wait an hour and a half on the side of highway 20 and only after not hearing from them, we called them back and were told that they could not find a tow truck and that it was out of their hands, they told us we had to find one ourselves. When my wife’s said and I quote “if you cannot find a tow truck, how are we supposed to find one”, he answered there was nothing he could do that It was out of his control but said we could submit the invoice and they would reimburse us. We eventually found a tow truck, had the spare installed and submitted the claim a few weeks later. We received a reimbursement but was roughly 30% of the invoice amount. I contacted them twice by phone with lines disconnecting both times. I contacted them three times by email responding to their initial email and therefore, knowing the email address was correct, never heard anything back. We are changing our house insurance as well as our two car and RV insurance. I would definitely not recommend Beneva
