Hi,not a good experience hence the one star,I really can't get over the stupidity of the 007 store,I bought a 007 backpack & did specify that I wanted a gift bag to match,they sent me x2 gift bags half the size,if I cut the backpack in half then it might have fitted,really not happy a joke .

Lacklustre First Experience
Ordered the "Golden Gun" replica as my first order totalling £105. Wrong item was sent. Had to repackage and make a trip back to the post office to send it back. They waited to receive it before sending the correct item. Total time from order to receipt was 3 weeks. Considering the luxury price point of the 007store I would've expected a pro-active goodwill gesture to turn around a poor first experience but nothing was forthcoming. I only received a 15% refund when the item arrived and the display box and gun were badly scuffed / scratched and I chose to keep it instead of returning it again for a full refund.
Expect more from a retailer licenced to use the "007" name.

An exchange was carried out, because they sent me the wrong item, allowing me to exchange a wrong item is not something I need to be grateful for, it's the bare minimum of my consumer rights to receive the item I actually ordered.
