Please don't get me wrong
Please don't get me wrong. I LOVE the 007 Store! I've always been very happy with any purchases. However, this time, I am not. The CD I requested, the Soundtrack to No Time to Die, skips in several places and gets worse at the end, during the Billie Eilish song, No Time to Die. Very disappointing. This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with any purchase from you.

Great stuff & webshop
This webshop is one of my favorites. I have bought from here several times and will continue to do so! The only thing I regret is that the most popular products sell out quickly and you have to wait a relatively long time for them to be available again. Regardless, I recommend it to all Bond fans!

Very let down
Ordered on the 15th because their banner said if ordered before 18th delivery would be before Xmas.
Money came out of account but got no confirmation email. Chased on 18th and was advised that the order would be dispatched that day and I would recover tracking information. Have had no further communication despite chasing them. Feels very unlikely that this present will arrive in time for Christmas now. Shame they couldn’t honour what was promised
*update - someone finally replied to me and I was advised they don’t even have stock!! They have given me a refund but left me 3 days to get an alternative gift.

Lack of clarity about the exact amount to be paid with no mention of the customs duties on purchase and unexpectedley I had to pay an amount of 14€ on delivery!
Delay despite having asked for precision as it was a gift.
Not interested in my complaints!

Great very helpful customer service staff as I had a problem at checkout -gift bag was not added, sent them an email and it was sorted swiftly bag was added to my order and the gift and bag arrived within days of each other. Thank you Customer service.
