I would have given them zero stars. PLEASE DONT USE THIS Website. I have ordered my test yesterday n luckily I have taken screenshots of my order to fill my PLF. I haven’t received any email or test yet. I am ringing them since morning, no answer on phone calls. I have emailed them with payment screenshot and order number screenshots. No response on email either. I don’t know what to do now. I have referenced their kit number in PLF and haven’t received any confirmation whether I will get my kit tomorrow or not . Really annoying with their service. They have taken extra money (£10) for express shipping .

No. Just don’t. You think a government approved website is reliable and it just isn’t. I stupidly did not check reviews before (which I’m usually so good at!!!) so I’m probably to blame.
Tests were sent within time and quickly but could not find the reference number for the passenger locator form. Clicking the link in the email they sent us did not work. And signing into your account didn’t work either. No phone calls were picked up. No emails were responded to. Had to book another test literally minutes before our flight and oh my was this the most stressful few minutes of my life(cheaper as well don’t know how we didn’t see these before) - use testingforall instead !!!! I can’t say much for the delivery times but the process of purchasing the tests and uploading the reference number was so much more seamless. Can someone please help me get my money back from these people ahhhhh

DON'T BUY A TEST FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY

Useless. Bought the test with express shipping. 4 days later no test arrived. Maybe I might get a result in a month or so? They do not reply to emails within 4 hours.

I have already emailed and had no response, maybe respond to my email rather than posting on here?

Would help if they turned on their mail server to receive mail maybe :)

Sent another mail to see if that gets there! Got a response from NHS suggesting I try and resolve with the company, bit of a job if the emails never get there and they don't answer the phone?

So my original email did not get through:

Update 6/12/2021: After agreeing to process a refund they didn't process the refund. My bank have now refunded me and are pursuing their money. Easier to use an alternative company who actually provide the service you paid for.

This company is a shambles. My wife purchased a test for £29.99 including £10 shipping and is unable to get the booking ref, as the "thank you for your order" email they send you does not contain the Booking ref that yu will need for your travel form and, furthermore, the "receipt link" in the email does not work and no one answers the phone or emails.

As a result, unable to get her Booking Ref, my wife has had to purchase from another company.

I'd STRONGLY advise you not to use them.

If you have used them and are experiencing the same problems then I'd advise you to ring your credit card company and instigate a chargeback.

Chargeback is a transaction reversal made to dispute a card transaction and secure a refund for the purchase.

Chargeback works by the bank withdrawing funds that were previously deposited into the recipient’s - i.e. 01traveltest - bank account and putting them back into your account.

After booking a day 2 test I did not receive my code to use for the passenger locator form.
DO NOT uSE the 01travel company.
I had to buy a second test to travel!
There was no answer to the telephone calls and the email address provided on the website did not work.
This company is a scam.

The reply given below seems to imply that I have used an incorrect address. I used the one from the website.
No reply, no code snd (even in the reply below) no offer for a refund.

They never send my reference number. I want my money back

I paid for my tests (my self and children) to arrive on the day I returned into this country. I chose this company as it promised the tests would be at my home address on my arrival. This was important to me as it was the only time we had free to take the tests and wanted to do them as soon as we got home. The tests didn’t arrive on time. They came a day late. I then followed the instructions and took the tests only to realise that I could not upload my photo of my results as the system wouldn’t accept any of the image sizeable my iPhone could send the photo in. It was therefore impossible to upload my results. I can’t help but wonder if this has been done on purpose. Once they have your money they don’t stick to their word on when you will receive test and then make it impossible to upload results. I have emailed them but no reply. So now I paid for the tests which were actually pointless.

Avoid at all costs.
My partner used this service and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Let me explain what will happen if you use this service:

Test kit costs £19.99
Delivery costs £10.00 (Which is very well hidden on the website)

You will then receive an order confirmation with what looks like a valid reference for the government website for your re-entry.

When you sort out your admin to return to the country, you will find it's not a valid reference number and instead you have to contact them to request the number. Others below have encountered the same experience.

Inevitably when you then look to another service for testing, you will find you get a *valid* reference number immediately upon payment. This is a stark contrast to 01TravelTest who appear to make the process as hard as possible to get money from people.

If you then try to get a refund from 01TravelTest you will be told it's already been despatched, and you can have a refund but they will subtract £25 for admin/shipping charges.

I would not recommend this service to *anyone*

we ordered day 2 test kit on 24th October, for flight home on 30th .we were given order number. Waited booking reference .On 29th still had not received ,phone number was no good ,as was email address. We had purchase else were and got booking reference immediately .We are out of pocket by £55.We feel like we have been scammed.4weeks have passed still no response to our review ,no refund They should not be trading. Trading standards need to get involved. Taking money and no goods ,utterly useless company .AVOID.

Paid for day 2 antigen test on 29th November and still waiting It's been 5 days, haven’t received it yet. Paid £29.99 for express shipping. Really bad service. No one to speak to. Doesn’t even reply email.

Wish I had read the below reviews beforehand however I luckily photographed my codes when I booked them in case I didn't get an email which is lucky as the codes as described in many of the reviews were not on the email ?!?!?

The £25 for delivery is atrocious, but you only realise this charge when you have filled out the whole form!

I have just received the 4 kits I ordered, but I can not upload any results as it does not recognise my email address! Which is weird as the invoice came through on the very same email

I have emailed for an answer, but I wont hold my breath and now I am unsure what to do as we cannot complete the required day 2 tests!!

I received 4 LFT on time but cannot upload the results to the website - I have been trying for the last 3 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I don't know how I can let the government know that I have done the tests as I have no contact details for this company or their laboratory. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I placed the order on 21 October and still have not received my test on 1 November.The contact phone number has no response.

Ordered Day 2 test. No code in confirmation email and we have been ringing non stop. Emailed you 3 hours ago. My flight is tomorrow and I need to update the passenger locator form and check in. Can't do that without this code.

Please let me know asap.

They replied to my email with the code and all worked out perfectly. Tip for the company: you need to provide the code with the purchase confirmation email. It is unnecessary for the customer to have to email you for the code. What if you had emailed too late? I was going to buy another test elsewhere. And I was getting anxious at not being able to check in for my flight as I wasnt able to complete the passenger locator form.

Rip off company, took my money did not send me my Registration number for the form , nobody answers the phone, no test arrived even after 4 days after order placed.

Test arrived super quick and I was really happy with how quick the communication was when I needed help changing some details

Day 2 test carried out today for me and my family. I couldn't be more happy and relieved. The whole process in clinic was quick, efficient and affordable. So convenient and results received within the hour, I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you to the lady in the Camden clinic for a pleasant visit.
