Mix up then exceptional service to sort it
Got my order mixed up, I asked for a discontinued bulb so they sent me the latest, all staff were polite, happy, friendly and much more, took the time to explain what's was happening with super fast delivery, I expected to be angry about getting the wrong product but I am more than happy with the treatment and replacement. Will definitely do business again, can't fault them 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Good products - might want to revisit delivery system though
Ordered a rare piece of equipment - to their credit they stock things else has - and an additional item from them late Friday/weekend. They only dispatched the items the following Tuesday, which is a little long but manageable. Then their chosen delivery company (they use DHL, so beware!) two days in a row attempted delivery to the wrong address (I live in Kensington, they seem to have geotagged attempted deliveries in Purley!). On day three of delivery attempts, luckily, it finally arrived, and am very satisfied with it!
