It’s important to note that aligning on the concept and expectations from the start really helps. I recommend coming prepared with clear creative direction, brand materials, and app visuals. Once we were on the same page, the team worked very efficiently and always aimed to meet every creative request.

They were transparent about budget and progress, and all the edit (and there were many) stayed within the agreed cost. We also appreciated getting multiple voiceover and music samples to choose from before finalizing.

Wow, I just have to give a shoutout to 10 Studio! I reached out to them about a year ago and they were always super quick to answer any questions I had. They sent me some amazing samples which really impressed me. I didn't end up placing an order at the time, but they followed up with me in a really professional way that wasn't pushy or annoying.

Fast forward to this winter and I reached out to them again, and I got the same fantastic service as before. They were really helpful in answering all my questions, and I couldn't believe how quickly they responded to my calls. The best part is that their prices were totally reasonable and way better than the big box companies I usually try to avoid.
