Goods never received, it took 4 months to get reimbursed

I first posted a review saying that it is a complete scam, but after that and threatening the company to pursue legal action, I finally got reimbursed.

I ordered in May, got a confirmation email but never received the goods. I tried several times to ask for reimbursement, but nothing happened execpt receiving a vague aknoledgement of receipt. I tried to call the hotline indicated on the website but it indicates that the number doesn't exist. as said above, only after pushing the company, I got reimbursed (and even that took weeks...).

The item arrived perfectly fine however…

The item arrived perfectly fine however I needed to return it as it was unfortunately the wrong one. When going through the return options I could return and pay the shipping myself for a refund to the payment method or return with a pre-paid shipping label for account credit only. I wanted the proper refund but when selecting this option the company never provided the details to be able to complete the return.
