In love with 100 acres products

I am in love with 100 acres products. The smell, texture and quality. What's not to like!?
The body lotion has been a basic since I first tried it and I love the oils. The relaxing is like going to a Spa. Such a shame the invigorate was discontinued as was one of my favourite.

I had a problem with the pump ( not faulty just me being unable to get it to go )
Instant response by an actual person as opposed to a bot , and all sorted.

Great products very natural with a lovely fresh scent , and plus a quick delivery

Fast processing and lovely products

My items were sent quickly, packed beautifully and carefully and overall my whole experience was great.
Everything I ordered was lovely, smells gorgeous and is just the treat I was looking for when I ordered.
Only thing to note is that the pump for the hand cream takes a very long time to prime! I ordered two and both were the same, over 80 pumps before anything started to happen. The body wash came out pretty quickly as expected so I assume it’s an issue with the thickness of the hand cream. It was lovely once I got it out but I did think it must be broken to begin with!

We love these products

We love these products. Beautifully packaged, good delivery service and most importantly, they are natural and smell heavenly. They are our go-to presents for birthdays and the recipients are always delighted. As a regular customer I fully endorse 100 Acres products.

Not a reliable company

I ordered few things on 10th August 5 sets of the 100 Acres Discovery Set and The Ultimate 100 Acres Gift Set × 3) received parcel on 17th August with full shock when all 5 sets of the 100 Acres Discovery Set put in one box. try to contact and found there is now help line or customer service number and no direct link on order for return or refund. anyway after many days got refund of £100 on total bill of £426. Not a reliable company

I am a regular customer of 100 Acres, because I love their products, especially the signature botanical body wash. Beautifully packaged and always reliable delivery service.

The most divine products I have used

The most divine products I have used! I absolutely love these products, the scents are heavenly! But not only are they heavenly they are natural! I use the body/bath oils, bubble bath, body lotion and the body wash which is my favourite! I cannot recommend these products enough to anyone. I look forward to coming home from work and using them after a nice long bath! The relax oil drifts me off to a nice relaxing sleep too!

You will adore 100 Acres products......

 I was introduced to 100 Acres products via Hyde and Hare. Good idea to send samples out with this brand as it sets a high bar. Having used the sample(s) I decided to get something for myself and a birthday gift for a friend. I already have 100 Acres on my Christmas list to buy for family, friends and of course myself! The packaging is beautiful and eye catching and then the product itself is delightful. The fragrances are subtle and natural. No artificial flavourings here! Keep up the good work!

Gorgeous Scented Candle

Brilliant company. I bought their winter candle as a treat to myself last year and now I’m a customer for life and have just bought another. The candle burns evenly and the scent fills the room, indeed the house, without even being lit. Gorgeous.

Spammers who breach GDPR

Never heard of this brand until they started to send me marketing emails out of the blue (they've clearly paid for email addresses, contrary to UK GDPR regulations).
I used the unsubscribe link in the emails more than once but have continued to receive emails, also against the law in the UK.

Shady business practices, so difficult to trust this company at all.

We are very concerned by the negative experience you have listed below. We are a small, independent team based in the English countryside, working hard to do things the right way when it comes to our ingredients, our artisan production methods and our business practices.

We have never paid for email addresses and shady business practices like these are not something we have ever or would ever participate in.

As is the way with many businesses these days, we do occasionally partner up with similar brands for marketing activities such as joint special offers or giveaways, but any giveaways obtained through these activities are always strictly obtained with the active consent of the email addressee, as per GDPR regulations.

In addition to this, all of our emails have an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email, as per GDPR regulations. We have just completed a test this morning to ensure our unsubscribe button is working, which was successful.

We have just checked and you are not on our email list, but if you do encounter any emails from us, please do feel free to contact us on customercare@100acres.co.uk where we will be more than happy to assist. As per GDPR regulations, we are always more than happy to remove any email addresses and personal data from our systems immediately upon request.
