Spot on customer service.
I’ve been with 100 Green after switching using the cheap energy switch club ( or what ever it’s called) on the M.S.E. Site. A year ago. This year I went searching for the cheapest deal to find that my home was classed as commercial 🤷🏻♀️ and therefore couldn’t get a domestic use quote from anyone. I contact 100 green with my problem, I am pleased to say that I had a prompt response, they had investigated and yes for some reason (after 27 years) had been changed from domestic to commercial on the national database. Within 48 hours the problem had been rectified and I had been informed at all stages within that process. From my point of view, I’ve found the service to be exceptional given my experiences with other companies in recent years. Given my experience- yes I could maybe save £30 a year if I switched but I think that this company deserves to keep me as a customer for the coming year.

Used to be with Eon and what a change! Whereas I used to deal with 101 people none of whom could grasp what was going on with our faulty meter now with 100Green I get prompt replies to emails, where they sort the problems out - and even gave a refund without me asking. Unlike Eon, they actually respect the customer!

I recently had to manage an awkward 10-day overlap while moving house, and 100 Green were absolutely brilliant in helping me get everything sorted with my electricity supply. I spoke to Lucy, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient. She made what could have been a stressful situation really easy and reassuring, ensuring that everything was covered seamlessly between properties.

I chose 100 Green because of their eco credentials, and because their price was fair. But the thing that distinguishes them most from other providers is their customer service. It is exemplary. If you have a problem/issue and need to communicate, it is possible to talk to a person who has access to your account history and previous communications and who gets right on and gives one the help needed (no being passed from person to person to repeat over and over your request). It is not just problem-solving at its best, it is breath of fresh air.

We have just moved across to 100Green with great rates. They have fitted a smart meter which their competitors said wouldn't work at our house. When we had a problem - it was easy to speak to a real person and they had an engineer to the house within two hours of my call. Can not recommend them highly enough.

We were new customers with 100Green and had recently had a solar system installed. When we initially had problems setting up with the correct tariff it was great to have one person as a contact rather than anonymous call centres. Joe was able to liaise between different departments and send feedback directly to us which he did on a regular basis. Well done.
