This company seems 100% genuine and the agent i dealt with was so helpful. I was contemplating looking for a better deal in the future but because of the service I have received I am staying. I would have given more than 5 stars had the.option been available.

I recently contacted customer care regarding a billing issue, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa H. From the very beginning, she was compassionate, calm, and genuinely understanding. Even though I was a bit baffled by the bill and expressed my frustration. Lisa H. remained completely professional throughout.
Lisa took the time to listen, reassured me without being dismissive, and explained everything clearly and patiently. Her ability to stay composed and supportive made a stressful situation feel manageable. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such empathy and kindness.
I would definitely recommend 100Green based on my experience. Their customer care is exceptional.and I personallly feel Lisa is an asset to the team, and her approach turned what could have been a difficult interaction into a very positive one.

My husband and I have been wanted to switch from our current supplier for a while for various reasons. When I searched for green energy companies I was able to select 100 Green as the best one to contact as they had no exit fees and I specifically did not want a smart meter. I spoke to a lovely lady called Debbie and she was incredibly helpful with all the information we needed and walking us through the process of signing up. We are in our mid 70's and a little nervous of doing such important changes over the internet but Debbie helped us enormously She was just what we needed to explain everything and make it easy for us. We can't thank her enough!

Great customer service. Ability to discuss monthly DD amount, and to make sure that monthly DD is acceptable and affordable. Reviewing usage over a year means a comprehensive and accurate costing so you know you will not be playing catch up on bills, rather you may even be in Credit.
