A very strong product disguised under mediocre marketing. The “funnel” makes it look like another bro-entrepreneur thing, but once inside, the quality is 10/10. Maybe hire an agency to restructure it amd give it a fresh face. it deserves that.

100tasks.com made my startup journey much clearer. It helped me understand what an MVP truly is and corrected many misconceptions I had. The tasks are simple, practical, and easy to follow. It gave me structure, focus, and confidence to start building my idea the right way. Highly recommended for any new founder.

Helped me get my MVP out in weeks instead of months.

Martin’s frameworks are strong, but the community side is pretty dead

For the moment just getting started.
I had issues with the unlocking of items purchased, and I see the embeedings too oriented to generate cash, not so to help the customer.

Worth every penny. It made me rethink how I manage my team. Almost got scared off by the reviews of the marketing funnels, the print is indeed fine when talking about the subscription, but after read it was simple to cancel. Such a shame though that the marketing is taking away from a genuinely helpful product. Hope they can clean it up soon

I’m just starting but it feels like I’m getting a step by step guide to build a successful startup. Will be back with more when I’m done

100tasks has an amazingly organised step by step system to take you from 0 to 1 and 1 to n. I’m just at the start of my journey but already seeing incredible value in the initial days itself. Excited to supercharge our growth with the 100tasks systems.

I went through the whole process of asking for a refund (which I was eligible for), and they offered me a refund or an 8-month free access to the content. I have asked for a refund, which was confirmed, and I have received an email saying the refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. That happened on 18.9.2025, it's 7.11.2025 now, and I still haven't gotten my money back, nor have I received any reply from the customer service to my following emails.
UPDATE: The refund was processed, and I have my money now. I believe that mistakes can be made, therefore I'm raising the rating :) I will come back to 100tasks at the right time (when it will be relevant for me) and adjust the rating based on the content, and not the current refund experience.

100tasks is currently a work in progress, I bought several of their introductory programs to see if it was the right fit before purchasing the whole package.
It wasn't the right fit for my needs, content is extremely generic and light on. There is a lot of random spreadsheets that aren't particularly usefull.
Out of the 30 powersheets that I got access to and the 15 tasks I might use 4 of the sheets and maybe 1 of the tasks.
User access was clunky and it was hard to find the content that I had paid for. Took a while to work out where in the dashboards things were stored and at almost every turn there was a hard push to upsell for the full product. 100tasks has indicated that the platform I am using is still in Beta phase, however that was only indicated after purchasing it. So some bugs might get ironed out in the future.
Based on the content of the tasks that I do have access to it's not worth me upgrading to get the remainder of the tasks.
For people with no business experience or MBA training, the program might be a use. For anyone that has been around the traps or taken a course, there's little to be gained.
The AI tools that 100tasks have built are interesting. Some nice integration of things and good prompt framing but they seem ostensibly to be a simple overlay on a standard LLM access.
Nice implementation and good structure to get info out of them however not worth the $199 per month. The tools are nice basic frameworks but will have very limited utility on an ongoing basis.

Clean up that GD marketing funnel if you want 5 stars. Nearly didn’t buy because of everything I was reading about it and it’s true. Shame as it takes away from a Killer Product !

Update 14/11/2025: Nobody contacted me again. Run away from these people, they will steal your money...
Update 5/11/2025: After my post, I wrote to Martin Bell, the company's CEO, on LinkedIn. I shared the observation that nearly 20% of posts about 100Tasks are negative, specifically due to a confusing subscription mechanism that leads to a surprise charge. I told him that, in addition to harming users, this damages the brand and drives away new users.
Unfortunately, I have not received a response from him...
On the other hand, I see that my post here was replied to, again apologizing for the "situation/confusion," and I am told that Management has been informed and has contacted me via email. This is not true. I have not received any email, nor have I received the refund...
28/10/2025: I purchased a checklist for $1. After the payment was processed, I was redirected to a registration window. I completed the registration, but the list never arrived in my email. I wrote to them, and they instructed me to log into the system where I had registered to access the checklist. I didn't do it, assuming I already had the document in their console... Two weeks later, I saw a charge for $199 on my credit card, which came from this same company.
I have had to write several times requesting a refund. I receive replies with different reasons why it is "not possible" to issue the refund. According to them, I accepted this condition, which I NEVER KNEW ABOUT, or else I would not have made the purchase. I have received responses from several executives, all of them explaining very politely how it is not possible to refund a payment...
I kept insisting, and now they tell me they can credit me the $199 so I can purchase one of their products... which I have already told them I do not need and do not want...
Today, I decided to check Trustpilot and I see with great concern that 17% of their reviews are for this exact same problem. After the user posts the complaint here, they are answered very politely and told that an executive will get in touch to resolve the issue... I don't see any updates among this 17% regarding having been refunded for the unwanted charge. I hope I can be the first person to update this review and say they gave me my money back...

100tasks is a scam.
I made a one-time purchase through Instagram, but without any notice, it was turned into a $199 monthly subscription. After contacting customer service, they confirmed I would receive a refund. However, more than a month later, nothing has been paid back. They’ve now stopped replying to emails as well.
A chargeback through the credit card company is complicated because the payment was processed via a US LLC, even though the company’s imprint lists Berlin. It’s obvious they set up this structure deliberately to make refunds harder.
I’ve already contacted consumer protection and will keep pushing. Stay away. Total scam.

Recommending this for solo founders specifically

Total disaster. They use dark pattern in checkout. Selling service for $7 but there is a super badly visible note that the every next month it will cost $199. It is purely unethical and scam like no matter how good the product could be.

I'm currently launching my second business and wished I had access to these tools when starting and running my previous business. For someone whose brain jumps around from task to task, using 100Tasks.com’s Power Sheets is making a remarkable difference in how I now approach my work. The structured layout has helped me gain clarity and helps me to remain focused on my goals, breaking them down into actionable steps that is actually helping me move things forward.
Whether you’re launching your first business or your on to your third, these tools provide the kind of practical framework that helps you align vision with execution. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to stay grounded, organized, and intentional about their business growth.
