Good shopping experience but horrible delivery experience
I have updated the rating from 1 to 4 stars as I want to acknowledge the positive purchase experience. Parcel Force did deliver the package eventually, but this is not the first time I have had this experience with them. Would have been 5 stars if the delivery experience had been better, but the purchasing experience has been excellent. Keeping the old comments below for context.
While the experience of purchasing from your website was very good, your courier Parcelforce was a major let down. I am at home and our development has a 24 hour concierge. But Parcelforce is claiming they attempted delivery at 10.54 am but no one was available!!! I will probably have to go to a out of the way place to collect the parcel. Not the first time I have had this experience with ParcelForce!!!!
