Using 10to8 on my desktop has been brilliant. It was fairly simple to set up initially and easier to manage bookings thereafter. Since using this online booking system none of my clients have been a no-show. The reminder system is valuable. Love it!

Best software for appointments. I now don’t need a PA! Saves me a fortune

Customer service is good. I receive prompt help when needed. The system is continually improving. And you get the basic option for free which is good when you only starting up your business. Highly recommended.

10to8 made it possible for our son Walter to collect over 110 Christmas trees for KiKa, a Dutch children Cancer charity. With 10to8 we made a booking stool for people to book his services. It was very easy to handle. especially because of the option to add a maximum distance to client. Also the possibilities to communicate with clients was very easy.

I have been using 10 to 8 for a number of years for sending out reminders in relation to my Driving School business. It has proved very useful in reducing no shows and missed appointments. In addition it is very popular with customers too.

Excellent scheduler. Easy to book appointments and you can book them for months ahead. Some of our work orders are sent to us a month or two ahead. This way they are already in our scheduler and never forgotten.

I'm working in my own clinic as a physiotherapist. 10to8 works perfect for what I need it for. Booking in appointments, sending out reminders and clients are able to pay or book online. All my clients love the reminder messages and since I have been using the system (3 years now) I had nobody forgetting their appointment

Its a good product that allows setting client appointments online and directly synchronising them on the smart phone calendar. It work fine most of the time, but some clients have reported that their appointments were not acknowledged and never gone through. The main downside is the app is a bit crumblesome to work with. The full app has more functions but the free app is enough for my business.

Great app, great service!

On the whole an easy to use booking service. Have had a couple of problems with emails going into promotions box. Would also be useful if there was a way for clients to use gift voucher when booking.

I’ve been using 10to8 for two years now and I love it! As my clinic gets busier and busier, 10to8 takes all of the hassle out of booking appointments and the automated reminders for clients means that everyone turns up when they are supposed to. Many clients comment on the efficiency of my booking system. Thank you 10to8! I highly recommend it to other therapists.

I am not the administrator, and only use your facility occasionally.

Overall the platform does what I need it to do. Calendar integration works well. On the down side, a number of my clients don't find it intuitive to use, get confused, can't figure out how to do things like change or cancel an appointment, schedule for the wrong date, etc. Not all the platform's fault but UX design plays a part. Also, it's critical to keep up with your email as you have to review and approve changes/cancellations.

I use it for my company as often as possible

I absolutely love 10to8. I love that it sends appointment reminders to my clients 24 hours before their appointment and, if I put in their address, it will even tell them how long it will take them to get to my office. It's a super service and I recommend it to everyone.
