Jennifer Costa is my go to person at 10X , she has been my contact person for the last six months and by far has provided the best customer service. I’ve been taking 10X supplements for over a year and feeling better than I have in years. Life is much better

After taking the Genetic Metholation test and following in their recommendations my anxiety is 95% better. My blood pressure is perfect and my mood is in a much better place.

10X Health customer experience

I’ve been a customer of 10X health for more than 2.5 years. My experience with them has been amazing. They are thorough with their bloodwork requirements, expedient with their deliveries and subject matter experts with peptides and vitamins. Getting results!

Getting results! In 4 short months, all of my key indicators have significantly improved. Examples, my triglycerides went from 300+ down to 129. My liver enzymes went from in the 90's down to 20's and 30's. My testosterone has more than doubled. My vitamin D tripled. My vitamin B levels are back in normal range from being low. The only marker we are still working on now is my LDL. It came down but is still higher than target. We are working on that now. My blood pressure is consistently in the 120's over 80. I feel normal again. I sleep much better, longer and deeper and my anxiety levels have significantly decreased. My body doesn't feel the stress like I used to. I don't get sick anymore. I travel a lot on planes and I used to get sick, mainly colds, whenever I traveled. I haven't had one since I started working with 10X. Even this last winter when there was a bad flu going around where people were sick for 3 weeks, I didn't catch anything. My energy levels are up and more consistent and it doesn't take me as long to recover after a workout.

Both me and my 86 year old mother took…

Both me and my 86 year old mother took the test and started taking the recommended supplements a couple of months ago. We both are sleeping better and have more energy during the day. The supplements arrived in a timely manner and communication about how to further our health journey has been helpful.

Exchange my life

Exchange my life. I've been taking so many different vitamins they're doing nothing for me. I've been taking these for about a week. And a 1/2 now, I got more energy, I got more slunk, I got more everything. I'm not so foggy, I love this stuff. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, I wanna fix income. Best health decision of my life

I started this journey October of 2025. I am 49 years old and 2 months from turning 50. I was always tired, overwhelmed and desperately trying to find anything to help me with energy and to lose weight. I took the Precision genetic test, blood test and the methylation test. Within a few days I started to feel so good it was like I was intoxicated but without impairment. I was clear, all day energy until my head hit the pillow and then I was out like a light. After a month taking the supplements and peptides I ordered a weight bench and a set of dumbbells and started working out. Also started a meal plan. In total I have lost 44 lbs. since starting this journey with 10x health I have lost 34 lbs. I still have some full pain from injuries and such but I feel 99.9% better than what I did before. I took these tests because I had 3 friends from high school pass away suddenly. I had to do something because I have 10 kids ranging from 23 all the way down to 5 months old. The tests are not cheap by any means but I recommend everyone to take them. I will be slowly doing this with all the members in my family. Best decision I have ever made doing this.
