Dr Ivy is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and the results after her treatments are magical. Both my mother and I had treatments with her and we couldn’t be happier. And she is such a nice, lovely and genuine person as well. + all the staff are very nice and welcoming.

I saw Anna today and she was really insightful to what my skins problem areas were. Anna also let me know what the best products to use are to target pigmentation and redness. The technology used to show the skins problem areas is so interesting to look at. I’d really recommend people go for this kind of consultation to understand their skin better and target the areas in most urgent need of care. I’m going to try the vitamin C which I’m buying today and then in the future I’m going to book a peel with Anna.

I had the new UltraClear laser treatment at the clinic and from the appointment booking to the aftercare I was really well looked after. The whole team were friendly, professional and informative, customising my treatment for my lifestyle and desired outcome - the treatment itself was relatively comfortable and just 4 days in and my skin has almost completely healed. I’m super happy with the results and would definitely recommend the 111 clinic!

I had the UltraClear laser at 111 Harley Street and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. The clinic is in a beautiful location, and the whole team made me feel instantly comfortable, informed, and well looked after.

We began with a consultation and a high-tech skin analysis, which was really helpful to understand what was happening at different layers of my skin and what we should be targeting. Based on my goals of improving skin texture, fine lines, clogged pores, and overall skin quality, UltraClear was recommended as the best option.

After applying numbing cream and allowing time for it to fully set, we moved on to the treatment. The procedure itself was very quick, under 30 minutes, and Sofia was absolutely lovely. She made me feel calm and at ease throughout. The pain level was completely manageable, around a 3 out of 10 overall and maybe a 5 out of 10 in more sensitive areas.

My skin already feels tighter, and I am excited to see the results over the next few days and weeks. I was given clear aftercare guidance and felt very supported throughout the entire experience.
