Cancelling subscriptions

Unfortunately I developed an allergic reaction to 111Skin even though I had used them in the past. I had 5 subscriptions to automatically fill the products. I notified them wanting to cancel the subscriptions anticipating a problem. They were the GREATEST. Customer service got back to me immediately asking questions and asking if I wanted a refund. I explained I didn’t but wanted to cancel the subscriptions. Within 24 hours it was all done and they answered all my questions and believe me I had a lot. I have never worked with such an accommodating company. All I can say is that they are the BEST!! I have upmost confidence in 111Skin and certainly will be back once I figure what is wrong with my skin.

Best Facial

I am so over the top happy 111skin Clinic Spa has opened up at The Plaza Hotel in NYC.
I was there on Thursday October 2, 2025 for a Reparative Longevity Facial .
Sally my esthetician who has over 20 years experience and now works for 111skin loves the products and sees the difference.
She was awesome explaining what she was doing and loved how she made me feel !
It was such a great feeling that she was very knowledgeable and informative which products best suited for my skin and how to apply .
I love the way my skin feels and looks after the facial .
I have sensitive skin and I did not have any negative reactions .
I have only used the face and neck masks rose gold and black diamond and now I can explore other products .
I am a big spa junkie for over 30 years and since it was a awesome experience
I wanted to share .
I loved the products, the spa is beautiful, and the Manager Marlene greeted me she was very friendly and is she is so happy the Spa is opened !!
The staff was very friendly at reception desk, the women I met refreshing the relaxing room and the changing room were smiling and helpful .
I am looking forward going back in December for the Black Diamond non-surgical lift facial .
Awesome experience!!!

DISAPPOINTED customer service and product

I purchased the "Hyaluronic Acid Aqua Booster" serum from the brand 111SKIN and the experience was awful. Right from the first use, I noticed a strange, unpleasant smell — like damp clothes that were left wet for too long. The scent is absolutely disgusting and unbearable when applied to the face. This is nothing like what you'd expect from a high-end skincare product, especially considering the extremely high price.

I contacted 111SKIN’s customer service and, after several emails, the only thing they asked for was photos of the entire bottle. They told me the batch was fine and valid until 2026 — as if that somehow solved the issue. They clearly didn’t care at all that the product was obviously defective. They completely washed their hands of the matter and refused to take any responsibility just because I hadn’t purchased it directly from their online store, even though the product was brand new and unopened.

Honestly, it's disgraceful that a luxury brand like this doesn't stand behind the quality of its products or show any care for its customers. The serum smells bad, seems spoiled, and is absolutely unusable. Their customer service was dismissive and disappointing.

I absolutely do not recommend this brand — neither for the quality of the products nor for the way they treat customers. A huge letdown.

Amazing result

I placed an order on the 6th of June

I placed an order on the 6th of June, and as of the 23rd of June, I still haven’t received it. The website clearly states shipping within 1–2 business days, yet it’s now 17 days later with no delivery. I contacted customer service a week ago for an update and have had no response. Very disappointed with the poor communication and service

I use the vitamin c brightening…

I use the vitamin c brightening cleanser and after i use the exfoliating enzyme cleanser as part of a double cleanse. Repurchased them as they work wonders. Your skin is instantly brighter and softer. I also use the vitamin c essence before applying my moisturiser. You definitely pay for quality products and it shows.

Very bad don’t buy

They are selling expired products. I’ve received my order expired one year ago and when I emailed them for refund they refused and stopped answering my emails . Worse brand and customer service ever. Awful experience!

I placed an order of over €300 with 111SKIN and it has been a frustrating and ongoing ordeal. The shipment has been held in the carrier warehouse for days due to incomplete customs documentation that the company was supposed to provide to UPS. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I was initially offered a refund or replacement but then told a refund was not possible once the order was shipped.

Since then, the responses have been contradictory and misleading. I was reassured that the warehouse team was actively working to resolve the issue with UPS, but after directly contacting UPS myself, I discovered that no action had been taken by 111SKIN to provide the required information.

At this point, the package is still held in the warehouse with no estimated delivery date, and I am stuck in a loop of vague, copy-pasted responses that lead nowhere. What was initially presented as a high-end brand experience has turned into an exercise in patience with no resolution in sight.

If you’re considering ordering from 111SKIN, be prepared for poor communication, conflicting information, and zero accountability.
