Subscribe and save…
I recently tried the subscription ordering. I didn't like that th product I ordered on 2 occasions were out of stock and I was not notified in advance with another choice. I called and of course was given another choice. But I think that it wood be greatly appreciated by most people if that was an automatic action. Also, I have heen buying coffee from this site for a long time. It seems to take about a week for delivery. Amazon is much quicker. Wish delivery was quicker. Constructive criticism. Customer service responses are great and accommodating. Very friendly!
