I have placed an order on april…
I have placed an order on april fifteenth and have yet to receive the honey.. I reached out through email and was told the honey is harvested, and it takes time to me. That is unacceptable. It is flavored, honey, and while I understand honey takes time to harvest. Then, perhaps you shouldn't offer bottles of it. I'm very upset that I have not received anything and the email back was not informative. As to where my order is which you have collected my money for.

Ordered on 4/30 and still haven’t received product. Can’t remove my payment method from your system and can’t cancel subscription, pretty sure something illegal about this! You all have been fantastic in the past but my previous order was 2 boxes short but I didn’t say anything because mistakes happen and I didn’t have time to try to report etc. I’d like to have my money returned since order still not received by 5/10.
