Delivery date
When checking out, there is a possibility to choose the delivery date. Twice I have been faced with a delivery on another date than the one chosen by me.

We can confirm that the parcels are dispatched by post, that is the reason why you can not choose a specific delivery date. Indeed the delivery time is roughly 3- 4 working days and as it's by post we are not able to know in advance exactly when the order will be delivered.
