Brilliant service
I have been after a pair of size 3 Clarke’s Laini sling back shoes for weeks. Found the 121 Shoes website on Saturday 2nd July placed my order. Shoes delivered at 09:30 5th July. There was even a return packet in the shoe box. That’s what I call service. I am not return the shoes they fit just fine. I would recommend 121 Shoes to everyone.

Ordered shoes at 12.45 on Wednesday with next day delivery. They finally arrived today - Saturday - and they are the wrong colour. As they are required for tonight I am very very disappointed. Order 205920

Hesitant about purchasing shoes online
Hesitant about purchasing shoes online, but I knew what I wanted, so chanced ordering 2 pairs.
Speedy service, corrct model and size received, a subsequent query responded to immediately, and another highly satisfied customer now wearing comfortable shoes on daily 3 mile walks (without having to wear them in or wait for the leather to soften).

Great service from 121 shoes. I took advantage of a flash 24 hour sale on a specific trainer I had been looking for. Item came promptly and as ordered . Terrible communication from this…
Terrible communication from this company. Ordered a pair of Ecco shoes and I have received no order confirmation emails from them; no tracking details and they will not respond to email; calls or voice mails.
Will be seeking a full refund immediately and will defiantly vow not to return again.

Superb customer service and quality brands.
I visited the 121 shoe outlet within cameron toll centre in Edinburgh recently. I was undecided and just browsing. The customer service that Sharon and Susan provided was excellent, and all my questions answered with superb professionalism and in depth knowledge with regards to different brands, quality and comfort. I would highly recommend 121 shoes to anyone looking for a classic, stylish comfortable pair of shoes.

121 shoes had the Clark’s boots my wife was looking for. They were £12.50 cheaper than Clark’s on sale! They were also sent overnight with Royal Mail Track and trace. The boots arrived in time and were as expected. 5 stars for 121 shoes.
