I sent back a 3d printer for repair, and they sent it back in the same condition. They then sent me a replacement. 11 months and 3 weeks later I send an email as this one goes wrong. 3 weeks later and 3 emails and no reply. Usless, don't trade with them.

paid extra for 2 days delivery on monday 1st december. going to be delivered on the 5th december. thats more than 2 days. standard shipping would have gotten to my home quicker.

Purchased a motherboard for a flashforge a while ago and they have ghosted emails and messages, I wouldn’t recommend these as they will only ghost you if you have problems due to there terrible packing. Contacted them via email and Facebook messages but totally ignored

I don't generally review companies because every single interaction tends to come with a flood of emails pestering you to review them. 123-3D.co.uk didn't do that, so they get a review.
I found a particular release film I couldn't find elsewhere at a reasonable price, delivery was free and quick (bonus points for no Highland surcharge), communication was good but not intrusive, top marks, will make a point of using again.

Review:
Bought a SUNLU FilaDryer S4 on 17 Apr 2025 (Order 126487). It’s defective (powers off within ~60 seconds; flickering display). I emailed 123-3D on 31 Aug 2025 with a warranty/RMA request. As of 12 Sept 2025: no acknowledgement, no help. This is bad customer service — they don’t respond to emails.

I expect a prepaid RMA and a prompt replacement/repair (or a refund if that’s not possible).

Initially impressed with 123-3D returning my unanswered call despite not leaving a message.
However after spending over £700 in one (and my first) order I still had to pay for next day delivery - which is not guaranteed next day, despite being told over the phone it was. The free option doesn't give details about how or with whom it's sent, bit of a concern considering the order value.
Was also told a signature would be required - this was not true, I only happened to come across my order due to leaving the property for lunch where it was sitting next to a welding bench covered in metal spray. Amazing.
Over £55 of my order was missing with no notification, was told it's due to it being on back order - not a massive issue but whilst on the phone trying to establish what the situation was the woman on the other end honestly just sounded bored and uninterested - terrible customer service.
Really disappointed, won't be spending money here again.
Currently awaiting a refund for missing item...

Emailed regarding a printer part replacement for my new printer and the customer services sorted my needs within 2 emails.

I cannot believe how well the company looks after its customers and its service team is very prompt and helpful. My original purchase was delivered the next day.

Excellent! Ordered a printer on Monday and it arrived safely on Tuesday. Can't fault that. Now to play!

They went above and beyond in reassuring me that my printer would be delivered that day when I myself got a little confused after ordering a K2 plus. Would highly recommend and customer service is brilliant. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again. Thank you 123-3D

Bought a voron 3d printer kit from 123-3d. Spoke to Steve who was very helpful with the purchase. Becky also helped to offer alternatives machines. I was really impressed with the Ldo kit. Beautifully packaged and good quality parts. No printed parts included which makes up a significant portion of the build. Steve supplied these at an extra cost which was competitive.

This is my first experience of 3d printers and the learning curve is steep. Steve has been brilliant offering help and advice when I’ve needed it via email.

I’m very happy with 123-3d and will continue to use them.

Ordered on a Friday morning and delivered on Saturday morning. K1 max 3d printer and extras ordered, all arrived safely. Will be back for more supplies

Ordered a Elegoo saturn 4 ultra and wash and cure unit both came pretty quick but unfortunately the units I received had EU plugs to them not UK so have been left slightly out of pocket having to replace a cable and buy an adapter that holds the plug firly for the wash unit so it doesn’t keep falling out and becoming unplugged

Superfast service, totally hassle free, just what I needed at a great price, they even gifted a pen !! Will use again and highly recommend, thank you

Overall I had a good experience with 123.

Whilst I didn't get the expected notification email re delivery from 123 I did get an update from DPD. Maybe I misunderstood where i was supposed to get the email from.

There was some problems with the courier, they opened the package and removed an item from the delivery. (A pack of gummy bears!)
Im now looking hard at DPD on this one, the 'resealed by DPD' packing tape is looking rather suspicious.

Oh, whilst i was writing this I got a response back from customer support, thats pretty impressive - under an hour. If they resolve it and its a DPD issue then ill adjust the score. I suspect it might be. It could also be a packing error by Prusa. Fingers crossed.

UPDATE:

Ok, despite the unfortunate circumstances re the delivery which i absolutely do NOT put down to 123-3d, I had a really excellent experience with their customer support. Really fast response and an update. In short they made good and that was extremely welcome.

Bought a printer kit and an spool of jupiter series filament.
Everything arrived perfectly, and their filament is very good. I didn't knew it at the time because it was one of the first ones I tried, but after tried others I realize the quality is quite good.

I recommend them a lot

i ordered the anycubic kobra 3 combo late last night and it arrived half past nine this morning, fantastic service and delivery, product packaged really well. i will be using this company again highly recommended

Highly recommend company, my go to UK based shop now. Have purchased a number of things from this company and been very pleased with the prices and delivery. Recently had an in warranty issue with my Ender 3v3ke and reached out for support. Excellent service, part delivered the next day, very impressive.

I bought a replacement piece for our Creality printer for a better price than the manufacturer was offering. It did take almost 3 weeks to arrive, which was longer than I expected.
