Be careful before signing – this is not a loan agreement
I was sent a contract by Babu Green GmbH after looking for a loan. After reading it carefully, I discovered that this was not an actual loan offer or even a guarantee that I would receive a loan.
According to the contract I received, the company would charge me €786.45 for providing the contact details of at least one supposedly suitable financial service provider. The requested loan amount was €10,500, but there was no guarantee that any loan would be approved or paid out.
In my understanding, this means that a customer could potentially receive only a contact or an offer from another provider, still be rejected for the loan, and then face a substantial service fee.
I decided not to sign the contract. I strongly recommend reading every clause carefully, especially the sections about service fees, when payment becomes due, cancellation rights, and what the company actually promises to provide.
This review describes the contract presented to me and my personal experience. I am not claiming that the company is fraudulent, but the conditions were not acceptable to me and, in my opinion, were potentially misleading for someone urgently looking for credit.
